As the year-end was approaching, JAZARI POWERTRAIN is delighted to announce their capital increase (750K USD) in the last quarter of the year, aimed at financing the company’s expansion plans to Teknopark Istanbul early 2023.
The seed round was led by the strategic partner MAQASID Portfolio Management with the participation of other angel investors. Meanwhile, the company pre-money valuation has reached (32 million USD).
“Last year we had a significant growth has been realized for our shareholders, the company CMB licensed valuation increased from 17 to 32 million USD” says Mohmmad Abazid, the founder and CEO of JAZARI POWERTRIAN “we believe this year expected to be in line with pervious year growth trend as the company is expanding and entering the markets. We are working to achieve 100 percent growth during first half of 2023”.
